ROOF SURVEYS An infrared drone survey is ideal for larger scale roof projects, giving quicker project turn around and has proven ideal for roofs with difficult or no access. Both hand held and drone infrared camera technologies can be applied to surveying the internal and external envelope of a building. By using this type of non destructive survey, EBS can impartially identify continuity of insulation, porous brickwork, delaminating render, saturated insulation on flat roofs, heat loss and poor detailing in a single image. This type of survey is quick, mitigates risk and helps optimize costs when planning refurbishment projects. The best part of the survey is that the evidence is visual and you can see where the building is failing. RENDER SURVEYS An infrared survey assessment will highlight areas of render delamination efficiently with no noise, mess or disruption to the day to day running of a building. A drone survey can be used for working at heights, therefore no additional costs for scaffolding or a cherry picker is incurred.
